I-94
The arrival/departure record that proves your authorized stay in the US — pulled at i94.cbp.dhs.gov.
Form I-94 is the official record CBP creates each time you enter the US. It shows your visa class and the date your authorized stay ends. Critically: your I-94 expiration is one of the two endpoints of your H-1B grace period (the other is 60 days from your last day worked, whichever is sooner). Always pull the most recent I-94 from i94.cbp.dhs.gov — this is the document USCIS asks for in any I-539 or I-129 filing.
