7-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, no questions asked, by emailing support@h1bcompass.com from the email address you used at checkout.
What we ask in return
- Tell us in one sentence what didn’t work for you. Optional, but it helps us improve the product.
- If you’ve already shared the PDF with anyone else, please ask them to delete their copy.
After the 7-day window
Refunds after day 7 are reviewed case-by-case. Most product issues (PDF won’t generate, dashboard error, content mistake) get a refund regardless of the day count — reach out anyway.
How long it takes
We process refunds within 2 business days. Stripe then takes 5–10 business days to return the funds to your card or bank, depending on your issuer.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. Most disputes are quicker to resolve directly. If a chargeback has already been filed, we’ll work with Stripe to resolve it; the dispute resolution timeline is set by Stripe and the card networks, not by us.
